Within a month you will notice substantial changes within your body and by the 3rd month blood scores will show huge improvements, even as far as cholesterol is concerned. This way of life just takes a little discipline, our family has had absolutely no issues following this lifestyle over the long term.
With all of the research and proof out there, the medical fraternity can not continue to ignore LCHF lifestyles. We should be improving the health of patients and not make populations overweight, unhealthy and ill.
