Spicy pineapple with chili oil drizzle

Ingredient List

  • Fresh pineapple
  • Seasoning – salt, sugar, roasted masala
  • Splash of vinegar
  • Chilli Crisp oil

Directions

  1. Remove peel from pineapple & cut in desired size.
  2. Sprinkle over dry ingredients with a slash on vinegar.
  3. Optional: drizzle @artisanfood chilli crisp oil.
